I am deeply honored to walk alongside individuals who are seeking healing, growth, and greater self-understanding. I believe that reaching out for support is a courageous step, and I strive to create a compassionate and safe space where clients can explore their stories, build resilience, and discover new ways of living with authenticity and hope.

My approach to therapy is person-centered, which simply means I see you as the expert of your own life. I’m here to listen, support, and walk with you at your own pace, creating a space where you feel truly heard, valued, and encouraged as you move toward healing and growth.

I studied at Bushnell University, where I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and developed a strong foundation for supporting individuals in their unique journeys. I also bring extensive experience working across different levels of care, from residential treatment to outpatient programs, as well as providing both individual and group therapy. My areas of specialization include supporting those navigating eating disorders, substance abuse and addiction, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. I am passionate about meeting each client where they are and tailoring treatment to support their unique needs and goals.

In my work, I honor the cultural and personal backgrounds that shape each person’s experiences and identity. I believe that understanding and valuing these perspectives is essential in creating a therapeutic space where clients feel respected, accepted, and empowered in their healing journey. I am here to listen, support, and walk alongside you as you navigate your journey.
