I am so glad you are here, seeking support! I believe we all need help at one point in our lives, and I am honored to provide it to the community that I love so much. I am a licensed professional counselor that grew up in Springfield, but has seen a lot of our great country. I have specific training for working with complex trauma, adoptive and foster families, and I focus on integrating multiple approaches with EMDR: Internal Family Systems, Relational Interventions, Polyvagal Theory, and DBT to support clients and clinicians through a holistic lens. I believe these modalities and your inner adaptive information processing system have the power to transform your life!

I believe authentic connection and radical acceptance are important parts of the many pathways to healing. I work with clients from birth to death across the lifespan, bringing experience from positions in inpatient treatment, residential programs, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient settings, multiple community mental health programs, as well as clinical supervision for associate therapists. While I am often full because I spend some of my time doing environmental work, I love to support fellow clinicians to grow and improve in their confidence with EMDR and these other modalities.

I love finding what makes clients and clinicians feel hopeful and using this as a tool for growth!
