Founded in 2019 by Clinical Director Desiree Dalkiran, Shine Counseling was created with a dual mission: to provide compassionate, high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families, and to cultivate a supportive, enriching work environment for its team of dedicated clinicians. Shine is committed to fostering both client well-being and clinician satisfaction—believing that excellent care starts with a healthy, empowered team.
