Founded in 2019 by Clinical Director Desiree Dalkiran, Shine Counseling was created with a dual mission: to provide compassionate, high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families, and to cultivate a supportive, enriching work environment for its team of dedicated clinicians.
Shine Counseling is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based counseling services aimed at empowering individuals to access their innate capacity for healing and enhancing their quality of life.

The practice adheres to the regulations set forth by the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists and the Oregon Health Authority, ensuring that all practitioners are board-approved to serve clients.
