Clinical Supervisor
I’m a licensed therapist and clinical supervisor with a Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and a doctorate in healthcare leadership and management. Over the years, I’ve served as a counselor, executive leader, and transformational agent, helping individuals across the lifespan overcome barriers and experience lasting growth and healing.
I’m a certified neuropsychotherapist and integrated mental health professional. My approach draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Transpersonal Therapy. I use these tools to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, grief and loss, and emotional overwhelm—especially during major life transitions or times of change.
I’m deeply committed to creating a welcoming, lighthearted, and supportive environment where self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful transformation can thrive. I work best with clients who are seeking deeper insight and who value an active, skills-based, and strategic approach to making significant and lasting change.
