As your therapist, I draw from an existential and person-centered approach, which means I deeply value your unique experiences and believe in your capacity for growth, choice, and meaning-making. Emotions are central to our work as they guide us, inform us, and often hold the key to healing. I’m also trained in Emotion-Focused Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, and CBT, which allows me to tailor our sessions to meet your individual needs. Whether we’re exploring past trauma or navigating inner conflicts, my goal is to create a safe supportive space where you can connect more deeply with yourself and move toward greater clarity and resilience. I work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and adolescents, each with their own unique challenges and strengths.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and mental processes. Building on that knowledge, I went on to complete a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. This advanced training has equipped me with the tools and skills necessary to support individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges.

I believe in recognizing, respecting, and valuing the diverse cultural backgrounds of clients while providing effective and empathetic support. I have a deep understanding of how cultural identity, race, ethnicity, religion, language, and social context influence an individual’s worldview and mental health. I strive to create a safe and inclusive environment where clients feel seen and understood, not just as individuals, but within the context of their cultural experiences. I am passionate about fostering healing and growth while honoring the unique identities that shape each client’s journey.
