I am a passionate and dedicated psychotherapist who truly believes in the transformative power of therapy. With a focus on empathy and compassion, I strive to create a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
I have a special passion for supporting individuals during the perinatal period, including pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood. I understand that these seasons can bring profound joy as well as unique emotional and relational challenges. My work in perinatal care includes addressing postpartum depression and anxiety, pregnancy loss, fertility struggles, birth trauma, identity shifts, and the complex emotions that often accompany early parenting. I aim to help clients feel grounded, supported, and empowered as they navigate these deeply personal experiences.
In addition to my perinatal focus, I have clinical experience working with adults (ages 18+) and adolescents (ages 12 to 17) on concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, life transitions, faith crises, self-esteem, anger management, and couples/relationship challenges. My therapy philosophy is rooted in a strength-based approach that places the client at the center of their healing journey.
I integrate evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, to create a personalized and effective treatment plan for each person.
As your therapist, you can expect a nurturing and collaborative experience that empowers you to overcome obstacles, uncover your innate strengths, and achieve meaningful and lasting change.
